About the practice

In our yoga classes we incorporate movement through a series of yoga postures, called asanas, by which we experience a sense of fluid physical motion. The practice is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. I believe anyone can start a yoga practice, even if you don’t feel like you are very flexible or strong. These things will improve the longer you practise.
Each class is a unique exploration of a theme, sensations, of physical movements and different breathing techniques, sometimes it could go deep on your emotions, and the suggestion is always to embrace them, working towards acceptance and healing. At the end of the sessions, you are always given the time to find the space to incorporate all this knowledge and growth into your practice but also into your life, off the mat.

The overall intention is to work together to bring the principles of yoga into one’s daily life, to slow down, feel grounded, become present and act with more compassion with ourselves and the others, with special emphasis to our children.

Yoga Private Sessions / Yoga therapy

The practice methods are specific and adapted in terms of rhythms, breaths, and postures. Targeted on the person’s situation, individual lessons reinforce the therapeutic aspect and the benefits of the practice.
They can be taken in parallel with a collective class.
We look together at your needs and reasons for you to come there and we build a regular practice to bring you daily well-being and deepen your self-care.

Yoga Family Sessions
A moment of well-being between parents and children that can create and strengthen family ties in complete serenity and empathy. The sessions bring newness to the relationship, develop complicity, allow the child to share values ​​that may be dear to the parents,develop trust in others and welcome letting go. It’s learning together while enjoying a number of benefits, from meditation to flexibility, relaxation, postures and breathing.
Yoga for school teachers
Yoga and Parenting has been present at schools in recent years and proved itself like a powerful tool among teachers and educators for handling stress and to support resilience in and out of the classroom. There is scientific evidence about the benefits of this mind-body interventions in schools and the way it impacts positively the all school community. When teachers and other school staff thrive, so do their students!

Suitable for everyone to help you regain mental and physical balance. It enhances staff’s focus, mental clarity, and health and wellness. The sessions are tailored to the teams to empower the communication and team building between colleagues.
