Angela’s yoga classes are so much more to me than a traditional yoga class. An intention set at the start helps to anchor a desire for personal development in the body as well. The accompaniment of the session and the meditation by the sensory benefits of music, smells, Thai massages and reassuring messages (no comparison, each at their own pace) create a strong feeling of security and relaxation.
