Being friends from a long time, I joined her classes at her initial steps into yoga, something like 10 years ago. Her weekly classes helped me out with my back problems as well as offered me a good mind balance to cope with the rest of the week.
I must say she is not only a good yoga teacher because she knows different types of techniques, their benefits and limitations, being able to tailor her classes to the needs and abilities of her students, but she is also very empathetic towards her students, creating a welcoming and non-judgmental environment in which everyone feels comfortable and supported.
From the moment you step into her class, you’ll feel her warm and positive energy radiating through the room. Her contagious smile and peaceful voice will instantly put you at ease, helping you relax and focus on your practice.
