Yoga and parenting are two incredible adventures that invite us to find our balance. They are beautiful and inexplicable inner journeys that can be fun, revealing and filled with love.

Conscious parenting

Yoga and mindfulness based practices can also help us manage our energy, maintain boundaries, seek moments of pause, serenity, and compassion during the challenging moments of parenthood.

During conscious parenting sessions, we address challenges to establish a safe, authentic, and strong relationship with our children.

It is in the daily practice of yoga and parenting that I discovered the profound parallels between the two.

Both require patience, flexibility, strength, and an unwavering commitment to growth and self-discovery.

I fully understand the challenges faced by modern parents, as I experience them myself, being a mother of four children and living abroad. My intention is to share simple, accessible, and varied tools inspired by yoga and mindfulness with all those I encounter who desire to develop greater awareness of their thoughts and actions, and to be more present in their lives and in their parenting.

I believe that as human beings we are all made to move and we are all made to love and be loved – and I love to bring the gifts of yoga to ourselves and our families to help us maintain a healthy body and an open heart in life.
